Procedure for Sausages and Eggs Recipe

Here's a new and easy recipe for breakfast that is both delicious and quick to make. To prepare this recipe, you will need two sausages. Simply place two sticks on either side of the sausage and cut it with a knife.

It's very easy to make and it looks delicious. I'm sure everyone will enjoy it. First, put toothpicks on both ends of the sausage. Then, fry the sausage in a little olive oil. Use a kitchen brush to spread the oil around the pan.

Once scattered I will place the sausage with the toothpick at the ends. Next with an egg separator I will
separate four yolks from the eggs and reserve the whites for later. But if you
don't have an egg separator you can separate the yolks from the white just
like I'm doing.

I am going to place a yolk in the center of each sausage and sprinkle some salt on it. Then, I will let it cook on low heat for about three minutes. After that, I will flip it over so that it can cook on the other side. If you have followed this recipe until now and like it, please leave a message below saying 'I really like this breakfast' so that I can send you a special greeting. And that's how you make the sausages.

I am going to reserve the egg whites on a plate and then continue with the recipe. Next, I will take a bowl and beat the four egg whites well with a fork until they become foamy. After this, I will add a splash of olive oil to the same pan and spread it out evenly. Finally, I will pour the beaten egg whites into the pan and spread them out evenly.

I'm planning to add some finely chopped green onion, followed by cherry tomatoes as per my taste. Then, I'll cut two slices of ham into strips and then into very small cubes. Likewise, I'll add two slices of mozzarella cheese cut into small cubes. Finally, I will season it with some ground salt and a pinch of black pepper.

Finals Results:

I will cover the pan and let it cook until the cheese melts and the egg is fully cooked. After a while, we only need to fold the egg in half with the help of a spatula. This will complete our breakfast, which is prepared in a unique and different way.

We prepared a delicious breakfast using ingredients that are commonly available at home. I hope you try making this recipe yourself and share your feedback with us by rating it on a scale of 0 to 10. Thank you for reading this recipe till the end. We hope you enjoyed the result!
